Summer Day Camp Forms
To hold a space for your child in the Bluebonnet Summer Day Camp, fill out the the summer camp application indicating which sessions your child will attend and return returned this form to Bluebonnet with the appropriate deposit. Children who are not currently enrolled at Bluebonnet applying for summer camp must have finished kindergarten. Note on the application the date by which full payment is required. For example, full payment for sessions in June are due in May.
Children who are not currently enrolled at Bluebonnet applying for summer camp must have finished kindergarten to be in this program. Children who are younger may apply to Bluebonnet but will be placed in a more appropriate program for younger children.

Infant through Kindergarten Forms
To apply for enrollment in one of Bluebonnet’s programs from infant through kindergarten, download the Bluebonnet Preschool/Afterschool Application Form, print it out, complete it and mail it or bring it to us with the $25 nonrefundable application fee.

To apply for enrollment in Bluebonnet’s afterschool program download the Bluebonnet Preschool/Afterschool Application Form, print it out, complete it and mail it or bring it to us with the $25 non-refundable application fee.
